This raises serious questions about the quality control and packaging processes. The fact that they charged full price for a product that's incomplete is nothing short of misleading. I'm left wondering if Godrej Bhawan Okhla is selling "seconds" or refurbished items while charging for brand-new products. This experience has left a sour taste, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service.
